So last week I entered the American Songwriter Lyric Contest. Entering contests is not something I normally do, but every once in a while I’ll get cocky and think I have a legit chance to win something.
This particular contest is judging songs based solely on the merits of the lyrics. I entered 4 songs, and I’ll the you, the reader, decide what sort of chance I have.

I was recently able to recover some recordings I thought lost, and decided they were too good not to finish and release, so with a release date loosely planned for early 2021, I am currently putting together an EP titled “Recordings Vol. I” (I know… Catchy, right?)
The EP will be a collection of original blues, rock and country songs. Here is a sneak preview of what’s to come…
